Ninety friends and parishioners came to the ‘Canice’s Conversations – an evening with Fr Steve’ in the Church Hall one Sunday evening in mid March. and stayed for supper and personal chats afterwards.
Steve shared some stories of the people he met during this time as a priest in the heart of Sydney’s Kings Cross, the impact they had on him, and how they continue to sustain his life.
Steve arrived at St Canice’s in 1993, and was parish priest from 1998 to 2011.
