Students from the Jesuit Xavier College in Melbourne are here for the Sydney international music festival this week. The 50 choristers illumine the Liturgy at the 10 o’clock Sunday Mass at the Jesuit Parish of St Canice singing from a Mass setting by Jesuit composer, Fr Chris Willcock SJ.
The Mass concludes with an atmospheric rendering of ‘Lord be My Vision’, followed by Vaughan Williams’ hymn, ‘For All the Saints’ with our congregation joining-in in earnest with 50-rousing voices.
